October 6, 2023 IRRIGATION WATER UPDATE.
Due to the need to repair a serious leak in the irrigation water system. The system was shut down today for the season. And will be reopened in Spring 2024
October 4, 2023 NOTICE TO ALL HOMEOWNERS:
Irrigation Water (Sprinklers) will be shut off for the winter on October 12th. In order to avoid winter damage and costly repairs in the Spring, It is strongly suggested that all homeowners have their individual systems blown out before the first frost.
