ALL USERS – Please review the NOCORES/ GetCube Welcome Letter by clicking on the link below.

OR   Go directly to GetCube clicking on the button below, locate your Homeowners Association or Rental Address and follow the instructions.

Your current TenantPayID remains unchanged and should be used when establishing your account

CURRENT USERS of our Payment Portal.

We apologize but it will be necessary to establish a new account with GetCube using your email address.

As this is a new service provider any recurring payments currently setup with PayLease, our previous provider, will be cancelled and future payments scheduled after June 29th will not occur. Payments made prior to June 28th, 2022 will, however, be processed as usual by PayLease.

We apologize for any convenience this change may cause. We do hope that the additional payment options offered by GetCube and the new messaging capability  will increase the convenience of using our Payment Portal.

We do continue to accept checks, which may be dropped off in the dropbox located on the East side of the main entrance to our office. We also encourage everyone to utilize their personal bank’s ‘Bill Pay’ capability.
